There will also be aspects of food prep, stock management, rotation and time management. Apprentice will also be expected to attend TAFE.  ABOUT YOUConfident in your ability as a 1st or 2nd year apprentice chef. Left Bank values a self-motivated individual who is hungry to learn and would like to work as a part of their team.
