We offer long-term hire options with end-of-term upgrades, as well as excellent short-term hire solutions.Our fleet includes both underground and surface vehicles such as LandCruisers, trucks, Bobcats, mini excavators, hand equipment, generators, pumps, and pressure-cleaner trailers. About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Apprentice to join our team.In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining a wide range of mining equipment and vehicles. You will work on large mining trucks, specialised underground vehicles, and various client vehicles including car transport trailers, horse floats, trucks, and private vehicles.You will learn and be required to:Follow all workplace health and safety policies and proceduresWork in a professional and courteous mannerUndertake basic and advanced service work, diagnostics, hydraulic and engine repairsPerform general repairs and other workshop duties as requiredMaintain a clean and safe workshop environmentTake instruction and training from the Managing Director and Workshop Leading Hand About YouWe're looking for someone who has:A strong interest in mechanicsA can-do attitude and good work ethicReliability and eagerness to learnThe ability to work well with a friendly and hardworking team  Ideal candidates will be a transferring or recommencing 2nd or 3rd year Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Apprentice.You must be able to pass a pre-start medical, drug and alcohol screening, and have the right to work in Australia.  The OpportunityMine Spec Equipment Hire offers a supportive and friendly environment with a young and dedicated workforce.
