Cannington Performance Service & Repairs is a busy automotive workshop located in Cannington, providing quality vehicle servicing and repairs. We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Automotive Mechanic to join our small, supportive team and begin a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cars, eager to learn, and looking to develop their skills under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.

As an Apprentice Automotive Mechanic, you will assist with a range of workshop duties while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with vehicle servicing and repairs
• Cleaning and maintaining the workshop
• Picking up automotive parts and supplies
• Dropping customers home when required
• Supporting qualified technicians with day-to-day workshop tasks
• Learning safe and efficient automotive repair practices

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Completion of a pre-apprenticeship in Automotive (preferred)
• A valid manual driver's licence
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Non smoker preferred
• Residence within reasonable travelling distance of Cannington
