Your key responsibilities will include:Assisting in the preparation and baking of fresh bread and treatsOperating bakery equipment and following proven recipesEnsuring products meet high-quality standardsMaintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspaceOccasionally assisting with customers, inventory, and orders What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who:Is an early riser, as shifts can start at 2amWorks well in a team and communicates effectivelyCan lift 12.5kg flour bags and stand for extended periodsPays attention to detail and takes pride in their workCertificate II in Baking (or working towards) and/or experience with Bakers Delight is a plus but not essentialA driver's license, or reliable transport to attend early shifts Why Join Baker's Delight?
