Apprentice Chef:
Tillbrook Melaleuka Group (TMG) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team. As a respected Western Australian hospitality group operating multiple venues including the C.Y. O’Connor Village Pub, The Byford, The Wellard, The Amberton and The Hybla, TMG has a strong track record of developing apprentices and offering clear pathways into long-term culinary and management careers.

Position Overview:
The Apprentice Chef will undertake a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while working full time within one of TMG’s venues. The role involves learning foundational kitchen skills, supporting the chef team, and developing the knowledge and discipline required to succeed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
