The business delivers residential and commercial projects across WA, including staff accommodation, lifestyle villages, granny flats, caravan parks, and mining camps.An opportunity is available for a full-time Welder to join the team.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop (Fabrication) Duties:Fabrication of steel components, including:Structural wall frames (light gauge and structural steel)Roof trusses and associated framing elementsPergola structures and architectural steel featuresSteel chassis and base frames for modular or prefabricated buildingsInterpretation of engineering drawings, shop drawings, and specificationsMIG, TIG, and Stick welding to Australian StandardsCutting, shaping, assembling and welding steel componentsMaintaining dimensional accuracy and quality control of fabricated itemsSite (Installation) Duties:Installation of prefabricated wall frames, roof trusses, pergolas, and steel structuresReading and interpreting site plans and coordinating with supervisors and other tradesCarrying out on site welding, fitting, and adjustmentsEnsuring alignment, fixing, and structural integrity during installationWorking safely at heights when requiredAbout YouGoal oriented and focusedFast learner with a strong work ethicGood communication skillsSelection CriteriaDriver’s licence (essential)Forklift licence (preferred)This is a full-time position based in Denmark, with work conducted both in the workshop and on-site across WA.
