We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Vegetation Workers (e.g. HV Workers / Climbing Arborists / EWP Operators / Squirrel Operators / Chipper Truck Drivers) to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vital role that includes all facets of Urban Tree Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Awareness and Compliance: Maintain compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards and adhere to all relevant Codes of Practice, including electrical safety when working around live power lines
• Health & Safety Responsibility: Take personal responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your team
• Quality Assurance: Deliver work to meet contractual obligations, company standards, and customer expectations
• Hazard Identification & Action: Identify hazards proactively and stop work if uncontrolled risks are present
• Supervisor Support: Work closely with supervisors to ensure high quality outcomes
• Professionalism & Housekeeping: Maintain professional standards and a clean, organised worksite
• Pre start Equipment Checks: Conduct checks on all vehicles, machinery, and equipment prior to use

Experience & Qualifications

• First Aid / CPR Certification
• Construction White Card
• Cert II in ESI:  Powerline Vegetation Control (UET20319)
• EDD  UETTDRRF08 / EWP Rescue: UETDRRF002
• Chainsaw Ticket
• Experience working near live power lines is advantageous
• Arboriculture qualification or equivalent experience advantageous
