We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with experience installing premium European kitchens and cabinetry. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional workmanship and precision installations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Cabinet Maker / Installer, you will work with sophisticated European-manufactured kitchen systems featuring advanced hardware and innovative design solutions. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in delivering seamless installations across a range of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Assemble and install premium kitchen and cabinetry systems.
• Measure, cut, shape and fit cabinetry components with precision.
• Ensure all installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers, installers and project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site.
• Maintain a safe, organised and professional work environment.
• Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker and/or Installer.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet-making techniques, tools and machinery.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Carpentry, cabinet making or woodworking qualifications highly regarded.
• White Card (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
