They also manage accommodation at Mirnutharntu Maya (meaning accommodation to support learning) located in South Hedland which is a 48 bedroomed facility designed for individuals to reside while undertaking training and education. ABOUT THE TRAINEESHIPPilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a full-time trainee for their Burswood office. As a trainee, you'll be enrolled to complete a qualification in Business Administration supported by the employer and a nominated Registered Training Organisation (RTO). General duties may include, but not limited to:Greet, welcome, and sign-in all visitors at receptionDirect visitors to the appropriate personAnswer, screen, and forward inbound callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials available (brochures, pens, forms)Daily restock of paper for printers and photocopiersAssist staff with photocopying, binding, scanning, and printing requirementsPrepare boardrooms for meetings and maintain general tidinessCollect, open, scan, and record incoming mailComplete banking runs when requiredEscort employees to and from the airport when required The ideal candidate will possess:Great written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service experienceProven time management skillsAble to demonstrate initiativeBasic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite experience (desirable)Experience working in non-profit sector (desirable)Experience working for an Aboriginal Corporation (desirable)Driver's license (essential) Australian Aboriginality is a genuine occupational requirement of this position under 50D of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984.
