This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Certificate III in Business. The preferred Registered Training Organisation for this traineeship is Yanchep Institute.  We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.What You Will Be Doing (General Duties): Welcoming members and visitors with a friendly smile at the front desk. Answering phone calls and managing general enquiries. Assisting with bookings for our meeting rooms and events. Supporting general office administration tasks. Helping to maintain the professional presentation and cleanliness of our coworking space. Updating our digital systems, including bookings, member information, and message board posts. Optionally, depending on your interest, assisting with social media content and marketing tasks. Our Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who is:A current Year 12 student. Able to commit to one consistent day per week on-site at Y.hub. Ideally lives locally in Yanchep or the surrounding suburbs. Friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking with others.
