BCS Plus is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Surface Preparation & Coating Apprentice. This is a 3 year full time apprenticeship where you will work towards completing a Certificate III in Surface Preparation & Coatings Application while gaining hands on experience in a growing and supportive business.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be trained in all aspects of surface preparation and coating applications, including but not limited to:

• Surface preparation techniques such as blasting
• Coating application and industrial painting
• Working on a variety of equipment including industrial materials, mining assets, and pipelines
• Maintaining safety standards and quality workmanship onsite
