Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Apprentice Welder / Fabricator to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career in welding and fabrication. The successful applicant will work alongside experienced tradespeople while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with the welding and fabrication of metal materials
• Developing practical welding and fabrication skills
• Learning to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Performing pre-start maintenance and safety checks
• Ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental standards
• Carrying out general workshop duties as directed by the Workshop Manager
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes

• A genuine interest in welding and fabrication
• Willingness to learn and develop trade skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Essential Criteria

• Current driver’s licence, manual preferred
• Ability to commit to full-time employment
