Operating for over 20 years, PR Carpentry Services are a predominantly residential roof carpentry business, servicing the Perth Metro Region from Two Rocks to Mandurah. Their wealth of experience and knowledge means we provide high quality work for clients every time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Carpentry Apprentice to join their experienced team. This role is open to all, whether you be a new or re-commencing carpentry apprentice, and mature aged candidates are encouraged to apply.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced and established team as you work towards a nationally recognised qualification.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

• Assisting tradesman with their work
• Cutting roof components
• Nailing roof frames
• Exposure to joinery work

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a genuine interest in the timber trade with a strong willingness to learn
• Be physically fit due to the amount of manual handling involved in the role
• Possess a pre-apprenticeship in Carpentry (desirable)
• Understand and abide by workplace health and safety regulations on site
• Be punctual, reliable, and hard working
• Have a strong ability to work in a team environment
• Be comfortable working at heights
• Hold a current WA Driver’s Licence
