ABOUT THE ROLE

Allcare Monitoring are looking for TWO new trainees for either of the following qualifications:

  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (LEVEL 3) BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (LEVEL 4) BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business

 

Responsibilities and Duties may include:

  • Follow standard monitoring response procedures according to AS2201.2
  • Respond to alarm/event activations in a timely manner
  • Liaise with clients/stakeholders regarding alarm/event activations
  • Record all actions clearly and accurately in Patriot monitoring platform
  • Update client information accurately in Patriot monitoring platform
  • Proactively participate as a member of the Central Monitoring Station team

 

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Customer Service skills - with both external and internal customers
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately in person and over the phone
  • Polite phone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer use - essential
  • Maintain a professionalism in all interactions
  • Be curious.


Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to work in a 24/7 roster
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Provision of Police Clearance - immediate
  • Provision of Security Officers Licence - at 3 months
