Arra Group is a local WA company that engages with leading oil and gas/mining companies to provide their employees with opportunities that support a great lifestyle. They work in the space of Oil & Gas, Mining, Rail, Civil Construction, Health and Defence.

Arra Group is also a registered Group Training Organisation, which allows them to place apprentices with clients they work with under a host employer-employee arrangement with plenty of support. Arra Group take pridein looking after their candidates and prioritising their best interests to gain the best employer and employee relationship.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES

You will have the opportunity to gain on the job learning with your host employer, as well as attending the required TAFE schedule (for blue-collar apprentices) or monthly meetings with your trainer (for white-collar trainees).

Depending on which apprenticeship or traineeship you choose, the duration will vary - Blue-collar trades should expect a 4-year commitment to an apprenticeship, and White-Collar can expect a 12-month commitment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to complete required TAFE courses to complete training.
• Ability and desire to complete an apprenticeship or traineeship in your chosen field and become a successful tradesperson.
• White Card (Blue-collar apprentices)
• Current WA Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Must be able to complete a DAS. (Essential)
• Must have permanent residency in WA.
• A high commitment to safety
• Motivation to achieve goals & enjoy a mixture of classroom and hands-on learning.
• Experience in construction or has completed a pre-apprenticeship (Blue-collar apprentices)
