QMI Tile & Stone is proudly a local family owned and operated business. Situated in Dunsborough and serving the Margaret River Region including Busselton, Margaret River, Augusta, Cowaramup, Witchcliffe, Gracetown & Prevelly and the greater South West of Western Australia.
They are currently seeking a keen and passionate individual to join their team in Dunsborough as a Wall and Floor Tiling apprentice!
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this apprenticeship, you will undertake a qualification in Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Assist tradesmen with different tasks
- Cleaning and preparation
- Apply waterproofing for wall and floor tiling
- Handle wall and floor tiling materials
- Use wall and floor tiling tool and equipment
- Installing wall tiles
ABOUT YOU
Successful candidates wall possess the following:
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of power tools
- Physically fit
- Be willing to travel to different locations
- Have the motivation/drive to succeed in the trade
- Reliable transport and C-class driver's license ( preferable)
- Be punctual, reliable and have a good attendance record
- Have a positive attitude towards all aspects of the trade
- Follow instructions well
